 School fees should be paid on given date and time.
 The fees should be deposited on 1st, 5th and 10th of every month after 10th fine of Rs. 200 will be charged.
 All fees should be paid through cash or cheque.
 Non payment of school fees will result in striking of the student's name from school roll.
 Parents must keep the receipts issued to them from office.
 Fees once paid is nonrefundable.

 R.R. Academy expects its people to be well mannered, cultured and confident individuals.
 Every individual student should carry his/her diary every day.
 Student who come to school by self-conveyance should arrive at school five minutes before the bell rings.
 Student should be clean and neatly dressed up.
 Boys should get their haircut at regular intervals.
 All notebooks and books should be neatly labelled covered with cover.
 Parents and guardians are not allowed to visit the school campus during school hours.
 Once a child has come to school, he/she should not asked to come home before the end of the day.
 No student shall include in any of the following.
a. Spitting in or near the school building.
b. Disfiguring or otherwise damaging school property.
c. Rowdyism and any form of rude behavior.
d. Use of violence in any form.
 Students will not be allowed to sit for examination unless all dues are cleared.
 A child who joins the school mid-way during the academic year will have to pay the fees for the whole year.
